Gluten Free Tips - Art Therapy and Grieving Suicide - an Awareness She's Done Lost Her Mind

It has been one of those days. 

In tonight's episode I share why and how I utilize art therapy plus my experience in coming to the realization that I have been grieving suicide, an attempt from a friend a couple of years ago as well as the actual suicide of a young man whose family is very dear to mine.
