This month I had the to pleasure to Hangout with Cat Edney. Cat and I have bonded over a love of multidisciplinary care, utilising skill sets of hygienists and therapists, and of course treatment coordination.
 
Cat has answered questions on the implementation of dental therapy into practice, how to successfully support the therapist and bring them into the team. In addition Cat has given many top tips to help the dental team embrace therapy and make it a success.

This month I have the pleasure of hanging out with Mikey Bateman.
 
Mikey is an award winning practice manager, and has been the business manager of Fergus and Glover for well over 15 years now.
 
Fergus and Glover have two sites in Scotland a good 150 miles apart and have won multiple awards over the years.
