Sportwissenschaftliche Hintergründe zum Thema Ausdauersport

Ein Muss für alle (des Englischen mächtigen) Triathleten, die über die typischen Interview/Vlog Podcast zum Thema Ausdauersport und Triathlon hinaus gehen und sich intensiver mit den sportwissenschaftlichen Aspekten und Trainingsmethodiken auseinandersetzen wollen. Mikael schafft eine großartige und hochinteressante Mischung aus neuen, teils überraschenden, Forschungsergebnissen und der Zusammenfassung und kritischen Einwertung des aktuellen Wissenstandes - häufig zusammen mit den Sportwissenschaftlern, Trainern und Athleten die im Mittelpunkt der Studien stehen. Neben dem Podcast bekommt man alle diese Informationen und die zugehörigen Referenzen nach jeder Episode frei Haus über die Show Notes per Email geschickt und kann so eine eigene Wissenssammlung aufbauen. Absolute Empfehlung.

Could hardly be better

I like Mikaels way of rapping up for beginners and experienced triathletes what valid Information there is very much. I can hardly think of anything that would make this Podcast better. Must involve an incredible Mount of time, Mikael! Hope you can still train enough!
