excellent research, well presented

To be honest, being on Ari's Energy Blueprint programme, I thought I wouldn't hear much that was new to me. But I was quite wrong! I like how in depth the podcast deals with each topic and how it deepens and ties in with what I already know. I've listened to the first four episodes so far, and I greatly enjoyed all of them: Dr Sarah Myhill's years of experience and her keen insistence that biological dysfunctions must have biological causes, Dr Bryan Walsh's pleasant voice and knowledgeable enthusiasm, Dr Izabella Wentz's fascinating story and research, which I found very relevant and interesting personally, and also Ari Whitten's slightly shorter solo episode, where he explains succinctly and comprehensibly the effects that refined sugar and caffeine have on the human body. Much recommended!

expert questions, expert answers

I really appreciate the depth in such interviews. This is NOT the type of podcast where the host shares as much his personal story as you hear from the expert. Ari Whitten knows the subject and ask good questions, jumps in rarely but appropriately and lets the expert speak and develop his/her answer.
Thanks Ari for putting this podcast together! I gladly subscribed and look forward to many more.
