I gave birth to our son 3 months ago and have had quite some ups and downs during this postpartum healing process. 

In this episode I talk about my postpartum journey, the anxieties I've been dealing with and what it has to do with you.

Regardless if you are male or female, have children or not, we share something in common and we all have different ways of dealing about. It's something we simply must talk about, if we are to grow and heal and find peace.
