Good although too general for me.

When we hear the podcast talking, regarding performance, about “tension” and avoiding any discussion over heart rate, we simply cannot apply any of those general terms to our training. If you count that most of us, we don´t have power meters and we work on Training Peaks TSS based on heart rate-intensity factor, only the “tension” is not measurable and therefore not useful on metrics.
That critical point is too general, and not for me neither for my Mountain Bike group that think exactly the same as me.
