The Materials Management Department is currently seeking supply assistants. We sat down with Stephanie Shattuck and team to learn more about the role and how to apply!
The Upstate University Health System serves 1.8 million people, often the most seriously ill and injured, across 22 counties in New York state. It includes Upstate University Hospital, Community Hospital, and the Golisano Children’s Hospital, a Level One trauma center, a burn center, a cancer center and numerous satellite sites.
Materials Management is key to hospital operations as it provides the needed medical supplies for the care and treatment of patients. It also provides critical functions such as patient transport and equipment cleaning and delivery services.
Upstate is recognized as an organization that is on Forbes Best Large Employers in America (#35), and is also Magnet Certified for Nursing. It’s a great place to work with unlimited opportunities!
