This week on the podcast we have Erika & Tesha from Culture slay, they've started youtube vlogs to educate us all on other Cultures and the importance all through food...so we gave it a litte twist & asked ourselves, How important is Culture in our childrens development & upbringing.

This week we spoke about how a perfectionist is formed & how this can impact our adult self's. We also asked the question 'How was your 4th Trimester....to a dad! A whole man talking about his 4th trimester, well that's interesting!
