Me & the Gals, formerly known as "Bitch, breathe!", offers a female perspective of work, marriage, divorce, dating, relationships, money, business, aging, raising children, spirituality and female empowerment.
The trio is made up of Ricardia and her co-hosts Sofia & Carina Reshmi, sometimes just the 3 of them, sometimes with other guests. In our – lively – conversations we get down and dirty with the reality, comedy and magic of what it means to be a woman alive today.

#59 Is it time for couples therapy?
In this brand new episode of MATG (Me & the Gals), Ricardia talks to special guest and relationship coach Jamila Mewes about when it's time to consider couples therapy and how we can try to fix one of our most important relationships.
#58 Home for the holidays - do I have to?
We love our family, or some of them and yet sometimes going home for the holidays might not be the best solution for our sanity. Or theirs.
#57 Do we have to forgive to find happiness?
Forgiveness is a big deal these days but it's not necessarily the right choice for everone.
#56 Menopause @ Work
It's one thing to have a hot flash at home but what if you're in the middle of a meeting at work and trying to remember what your presentation was about?
#55 What the pandemic leaves behind
Not everybody experiences the pandemic the same way, not even in our closest circles.
#54 Soulmates (with guests Sofia and Carina Reshmi)
So many soulmates, so little soul.
It’s like having a coffee with a friend to talk about important experiences in life and getting ideas on how to handle them.
Ricardia seems to talk right from my heart. But then she doesn’t stay there, where I would feel stuck. She overcomes the situation without pretending to know everything. Her English is easy to understand also without being a native speaker.
Ricardia is wise and funny at the same time.

...relatable, enticing, refreshing, insightful, full of AHA and LOL moments, seeing through all our deflecting & bypassing strategies, all the lies we tell ourselves & taking no prisoners in the process of dismantling them, whilst leading us to a higher consciousness, spiritual awareness & kick-ass attitude....
