Living the dream and chasing the dream are sometimes one and the same. As I write this, I remember a time when I was working day and night to fix a business that had turned left when I was going right - a short four years after a very public early retirement from my retail job to go full time online.

The loss of both of my parents in the coming years was difficult and I never fully recovered from that blow. My show continued broadcasting dead air during that time and I was hesitant to get back on the saddle. My thoughts seemed scrambled. I couldn't say complete sentences without forgetting what I was saying. I was scared.

Luckily for me and my bride, my parents had been prepared for my future, at a time when I was not.

So now, I am in charge of their estate, and am actually able to live the life I had been working so hard (unsuccessfully) to accomplish before their passing. But, being the entrepreneur, I would not allow myself to enjoy it, because I didn't feel like I had earned it.

This is going to be a journey into a realm that I have never been to before. I will explain what I am doing and how to avoid some of the things that I went through. I can't give you financial or legal advice, but I can sure relate to situations that many of my listeners are going through and hopefully you get some nugget that can help you

On January 19th, 2015, Micheal Savoie suffered the 2nd devastating loss in 2 years - the loss of his mother, after a terrible bout with cancer. His father had fought the same fight 23 months earlier and lost. The void in his life and the new responsibilities caused by becoming the executor of the estates of his parents caused Micheal to virtually abandon his online career.

After taking part time jobs to help him escape (working for someone is actually very therapeutic when you don't have to think about what you are doing), he found that he needed to revive his blogs and pump new life into them. So with a little help from his friends and a lot of help from Yvonne, Micheal got back work. But he still hadn't come back to the podcast - one of the things he most loved to do. 

Well, today he is back! Micheal finally comes back online to do a live podcast!
