She also wrote the book on mental health “How to Thrive In The Virtual Classroom”. It focuses on the importance of mindfulness to deal with the day to day worries, anxieties and thoughts of teenagers and young adults.

She is also a firm believer in supporting small local enterprises and goes out of her way to hold events at more intimate, locally-owned venues and non-chain hotels.
