thank you so much that you answered my question ‚How to make stubborn calves grow‘ so so thoroughly (min. 19:45 until min. 34:10), great!
I’ll definitely give it a try (higher frequency, calf raises on leg press, single leg calf raises, only one or two exercises and so on …).
