When people think of college dorm life, they think of underage drinking, random hookups, experimentation, and all nighters. What they don’t know is this only a portion of the college experience. Most students are just trying to survive and those who most closely look after them are some of the most overworked, underpaid, misunderstood, and anonymous individuals living and working on campuses across the country.
