Great

I come from German. The classical belief in my country is, when you are normal, then your body can regulate your bodyfat, without any conscious effort, and it don't counts what you eat. Okay, 60% of the Germans are overweight, so if you have a walk at a sunny day for example in Berlin, where I live, you have to look the whole day for some normal people, but they are very hard to find. But that would not invite Psychologists to change their opinion. Whe have clinics, where they tell bulimics to eat more sugar. Yes, I come from a developmental country. So, when I heard from Marc David and his work the first time in August 2013, I was absolutly hungry to know about someone, who questioned the madness of normal adult thinking, when it comes to food and relationship to body . I booked to courses from Marc, one is not anymore offered (emotional eating and transform you relationship with food) and both are very good. I tried to motivate people to come there too, but it was difficult, because the name is not known and only one book is translated. The german title is such a nonsense, that the book had no chance. That is such a pity. But with this podcast, I can tell therapist that there is something useful, that they can listen to, without having to pay, and some accept it. I listened now to all the 18 episodes and I learned a lot from every episode. So, a great thing!
