Invaluable Soundbites of Mindfulness Goodness
Those super short episodes are invaluable companions on my commutes. Unfailingly winding me down every time! So much goodness on a wide variety of topics. For example, todays episode about „Grit“ by Sam impressed me so much that I returned to the episode to write down a word by word transcript that I can (and will) reference again and again. Thanks to the brilliant team of mindfulness teachers for their effort!
Side effect on commutes: impressive reduction (almost 20%) of gas consumption as the driving style becomes a lot more relaxed :-)))
Love it!
