The Real Estate Market and Covid-19.
--Firstly, I want to remind everyone to stay positive during these hard times. Nothing lasts forever and the struggles will be temporary.
--What this means to us as agents and how will it affect us?
To put this in the simplest terms that I can. This is going to affect many agents in this field because this is a social business. Without the social structure, this business would fail. We need to be able to interact with our customers/clients/business partners.
Now how does COVID-19 change all of this for a real estate agent? Well, I just want to ask you one simple question and I want you to answer it completely honestly. Here's the million-dollar question on everyone's mind right now: WOULD YOU ALLOW A COMPLETE STRANGER IN YOUR HOME DURING A VIRUS OUTBREAK? & WHY or WHY NOT?
--This virus has shaken up the entire global economy, to some degree has even shut certain economies down. So it is somewhat alarming that many people at this stage don't know when this will blow over and due to that fact, don't know when and how they're next source of income will be received.
