Our economy (and stock market) has officially entered a bear market and we really are now in a recession (official definition of course is 2 quarters of decline in GDP).  The coronavirus impact cannot be underestimated and many if not most industries will be adversely affected.   During these challenging times a tremendous amount of opportunities will be created for those real estate professionals who focus on the opportunity side. What we focus on tends to manifest.  During the crash of 2008, many real estate professionals perished, while some - those that focused on the opportunity side of the crisis - created massive success for themselves.   This is another one of those pivotal moments. Crisis spells opportunity and this training session will focus on just that: How to succeed and THRIVE in a down market.
