Renters Beware: A renter's worst nightmare. This week's video/story is based on true events, one major and obvious difference between a tenant and an owner is just that, one owns the property and the other rents it. As a tenant, how do you handle the news when your landlord tells you they are selling the house you rent from them. As a realtor, it is very difficult to show a property when tenants are still living in it. Have you had any similar experiences as a tenant or if you're a realtor with showing the home?

Decluttering your home before you rent or sell is essential in the process. The least amount of "stuff" you have in the home at the time will only help possible buyers and renters see themselves in the space. It makes the home look bigger and more spacious. It can push the "on the fence" buyers/renters in your favor.
