From years of counselling people, I know that if you want to be successful in achieving your dreams or overcoming the challenges that keep you from living the life you want, you have to ask yourself these 2 questions.

We've all felt that sting of disappointment and disillusionment in people or situations that we had such great expectations for.  Today I talk about the various ways that expectations shape how we perceive life and how the expectations of others might hinder it.  Don't wait for a new week or a new year to manage yours and others expectations, do it today!
