I met Pratik a year ago, on Explorer of the Seas. I really enjoyed working with him, not only because of his sense of humor but also he interacted with each Guest and always used his charm to guests who came to complain, and never made anybody left the desk upset. 
I thought he was natural with his job, but surprisingly he joined the ship as a chef and changed his position to Guest services after that. In this episode, he will tell you his story and how this "changing department" thing works!

As some of you might guess, working onboard a cruise ship is not an easy job. However, like everything else in the world, it has pros and cons and that's exactly what we are gonna talk about today. 

I met Chanel about 5 years ago onboard a Royal Caribbean ship sailing out of Southampton, England when we both work at the reception. Her genuine personality and her caring for our Guest was remarkable, it was a joy to work with her.
