In this episode, Levi and Nadé welcome a new member to the podcasting team! An intense introduction game that had to go into overtime leads us into a huge part of leadership. Being a role model. Discussions relating to personal experience highlights the impact you have as a leader to those around you. This episode will provide you with helpful tips and reminders regarding students looking up to you.

In this episode, our scrabble game makes a come back with Levi and Andy going head to head. The team start discussion rejection but more specifically to do with pitching or presenting a new idea. This can be challenging for a lot of us, especially when we ourselves are already hesitant with the idea. Everyone shares an instance of rejection they faced at school and what was done after in order shed some light on this subject.

Levi, Andy and Nadé team up with a couple of old time favourite podcast hosts to celebrate our 100th episode! After Levi's beautiful serenading, a segment that has been M.I.A. for a while makes a comeback- Tour Tales. An oldie but a goodie, various stories are shared ranging from near death experiences to $50 fruit boxes.  guests as well as their BLT (Best Leadership Tip) that they carry with them throughout any leadership role.

During this episode, Levi and Nadé battle it off in a scrabble based game consisting of fast thinking and creativity. After some debating of their questionable answers, the team share a number of different fundraisers that took place at their school. Random acts of kindness encounters are shared and followed by how this flows on at school. Connecting with different year levels can often be frowned upon but the team share their experiences on how it not only benefited themselves but others as well.
