The episodes starts with the Chromicoms speaking to Sybil, the Chromicom that predicts the future.  The Hunters are dismayed by the current direction of the plan.  Sybil reassures them everything is going to plan, S.H.I.E.L.D. team has just given up their position as predicted and everything is falling into place.  The Hunters realize Sybil's plan is to overwhelm the team into submission.

While on the ship, Deke sees Enoch tampering with Simmons' neck module.  Fearing the worst, Deke takes out Enoch, only to find out the module helps Simmons remember the things she needs while purposely wiping out her memory on the wear about of Fitz.  If she remembers where Fitz is, the Chromicoms can use this information to get him.  The Zephyr, exposing its position and being attacked has made it so the time travel jump will destroy the ship.  Simmons must now remember how to fix the ship.  With the help of Deke the two fix the ship and reawaken Enoch.  Deke apologizes and calls Enoch a member of the family.  Simmons makes Deke swear to tell no one or Fitz's life is in danger.

Daisy and Souza are tied up in a barn as Nathaniel Malick has decided to come out of his shell and try to genetically steal Daisy's power.  After watching her at work in the previous episode in which Souza and Daisy took Nathaniel hostage to free the team from Malick, he changed from soft spoken shy boy to a nefarious maniacal power hungry villain, as the apple does not fall too far from the tree.  Nathaniel, using Hydra scientists notions wants to siphon Quake's abilities into his own by taking her blood and infusing it with his.  Quake, unable to quake because of the drugs in her system is taken as Souza struggles to fight for her but to no avail.

In the lighthouse, May and Culson are being interrogated by General Stoner.  The Lighthouse goes into lockdown mode and launches missiles at the Zephyr without Stoner's authorization.  In the interrogation room, Culson tries to convince Stoner other wise.  As another agent enters to alert Stoner to a problem in the core, May realizes the new agent is a Chromicom as she gets know feelings from her the way she gets no feelings from Culson.  Culson and May have a discussion on May's attitude and lack of compassion for Culson, to which May states she has mourned the death of Culson too many times and he always comes back. They have been replacing S.H.I.E.L.D. agents with Chromicoms and plan to do so with Stoner.

Back on the carrier to the Zephyr taking Mack's parents home, Yo yo in talks with Mack's mom and hearing about her sons as May and Mack's dad interact.  May feels nothing from the father and realize he too is a Chromicom.  Mack confronts his father at May's behest in regards to his arm to confirm if May's assumption is true.  Mack's parents attack and Mack is forced to eject them from the plane.

On the Zephyr, the when asked where Culson and if he died in the explosion, May says do not worry Culson always comes back.  Mack is silent as they jump.  When they land in the unknown future, Mack gets on his bike and rides away saying he needs some air.  Deke goes after Mack after giving him some space.  As he sees Mack, he gets a radio from Simmons the ship is about to jump and hurry back.  Deke calls to Mack, who ignores him in thought.  Behind them the ship jumps.

On this weeks RECAP:  ABC's AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. - SEASON 7 - EPISODE 5 - A TROUT IN THE MILK - May feels the situation out, Yo Yo doesnt bounce back, Simmons has a neck problem, Deke delivers in a too real way, Mack loves his family, and hasta la vista Enoch.

The team is now in 1973 and trying to fit in but Souza is having a hard time adjusting.  He is the only member of the team that doesnt change outfits, but thankfully his suit still fits in just as a bit of a square.  Coulson and May, Souza and Daisy break into teams as they infiltrate the Swordfish speak easy while Mack and Yo Yo infiltrate the S.H.I.E.L.D. Lighthouse.

On the way out Daisy uses her powers and Souza realizes she is more than just a pretty face and a brilliant brain.  Enoch, who has been suspiciously missing from the Speakeasy, shows up in time with a Terminator reference for a fast escape.

Back on board the ship, Jemma and Deke have a talk about Fitz.  Deke wants to know if Jemma has heard from Fitz, which she hasnt but could not tell him if she had either way.  Deke brings up them being together so they could have his mom who would subsequently have him.  Simmons gets back to work but not before feeling the back of her neck where clearly a tech chip implant of some sort has been place.  The team comes back to the ship and notice a time jump is launched.  The Chromicoms are on the move and therefore so are they.  Yo Yo tries to maneuver but is too slow.  The team jumps to Project Insights launch date in 1976.

The Chromicoms visit Malick.  They are disappointed he chose his son over the best interest of destroying Culson and the team.  Malick argues his point that he would not let the team hurt his son.  Chromicoms say this is a flaw in human character that they will use to exploit and hand Malick an envelope, as they have a plan on how to get Coulson and team to expose their locations.

The team splits in two as Deke and Yo Yo go after Malick while Coulson and May go after the launch.  After Malick threatens Deke and Yo Yo with his plans of action if they make a move, Deke shoots Malick and kills him.  Confronted by Yo Yo about his actions, Deke says he is restoring the status quo.  Meanwhile Deke and Yo Yo's radio silence has lead May and Coulson who are trying to plant explosives with out a way in.  They go for General Stoner who recognizes May from the Speakeasy.  Coulson tries to convince of the truth who seems to believe Coulson, however May reacts by punching him in the face.  Using her new found emphatic powers she says Stoner was not going to be helpful.  May and Coulson plant the explosives but before they can detonate, Mack who is on the ship with the rest of the team gives the order to abort as one of the screens show his parents in a cell on the base.  They would be killed in the explosion.  Project Insight is launched and in order to stop it Mack gives the order for the ship to shoot it down exposing their location as the Chromicoms predicted.

On the premier episode fo the final season of MARVEL's AGENTS OF S.H.I.E.L.D. - SEASON 7 - EPISODE 1 - THE NEW DEAL - the team has traveled back in time to 1931 in the height of the prohibition era in order to prevent the Chromicoms from destroying humanity as we know it.  We begin the episode with 3 Chromicoms who take the faces and identities of 3 police officers, by literally burning the faces off the bodies.  They are Hunters and have been assigned to complete a new mission.  The team is on board, plus Gemma and Enoch, the spaceship faced with the dilemma to awaken an LMD version of Culson. They are torn because they know this is not what Culson would have wanted however it is what the team and the world may need right now.  Quake sees Culson and before the discussion can be concluded hits the button.  Culson is woken and goes through a confusing state as he is attempting to process 2 years of information in 10 seconds.  Mack shuts him off.  They awaken him later and is brought up to date.  After hearing the call in regards to the police officers who had their faces burned off, the team plans on finding the Chromicoms and stopping their plan to take over the world.  Deke updates the team on the possible guidelines of time travel as they use Deke's humorous guise of being Canadian Mounties who are helping the police investigate the gruesome deaths.  Once on the scene, Deke begins to scan the bodies for DNA and clues while Culson and Mack follow up on a clue on a bottle of whiskey with a swordfish which Culson presumes is in relation to a close speakeasy which is a hub used by the Strategic Scientific Reserve (SSR) precursor to SHIELD.  After an encounter Mack and Culson are reunited with a Koenig, this time Ernest Hazard Koenig who is owner of the speak easy.  While Quake and Deke are attacked by the returning Chromicoms in their new identity.  On this ship, Gemma offers Yo Yo a new pair of arms to easier fit in.  Yo Yo is reluctant to accept them because she does not want to forget.  Quake and Deke manage to bring back a Chromicom hostage.  Gemma hooks up the Chromicom to a machine to generate continual junk data in a torture method in order to extract the nature of the Chromicom plan.  Mack, Culson, Quake, and Deke attend the Governor FDR party as he is to begin his presidential run, thinking FDR is the Chromicom target.  They are joined by Freddy on behalf of Koenig.  As the team attempts to protect FDR from a possible Chromicom attack, on the ship Gemma is able to extract the name Freddy.  Freddy is the the actual Chromicom target not FDR.  The team arrives just in time to save Freddy.  Turns out Freddy is the key to Hydra and the team must save Hydra in order to save the world.    No Hydra.  No SHIELD.  So at this time its all hail Hydra.  All this and more on the Afterbuzz aftershow.  Hosted by: Christian Bladt, Tehran Von Ghasri, Rachel Goodman, Katie Kawamoto
