Amazingly helpful

Dear Gina and other coaches,
I am very grateful for having discovered your podcast just a couple of days ago. Listening to it is already very soothing and calming. I have been suffering from anxiety and panic a couple of years now and I am particularly interested in issues like fainting (or fear of fainting) and the connection between blood sugar and anxiety, as my biggest fear is that my blood sugar would drop suddenly and make me pass out. I am also interested in food addictions that can develop from an anxiety disorder (using food as coping mechanism). It would be lovely if you could talk about them. Greetings from Warsaw, Poland
