    In Folge 7 sprechen Nathalie und ich über ihren Lebensweg, von der Kinderpädagogik, über Meditation und Yoga, bis zu Haus Erna – das Gäste- und Seminarhaus, das sie und ihr Mann mit viel Liebe in einen co-living und co-working space ausgebaut haben. Wir reden über die Freuden des Gastgebens, das Arbeiten auf Augenhöhe und den Austausch mit Gleichgesinnten. Außerdem teilen wir unsere „Tools“ für schlechte Tage und warum es vollkommen in Ordnung ist, als Yoga- und Meditationslehrerin auch mal schlecht drauf zu sein oder Ohrringe zu tragen. Und wie Nathalie immer sagt: „Spread the Love“!

    Extended Breathwork Session

    This session was recorded during one of my online classes. We start by inhaling through the nose (full lungs) for two counts and – without pausing between the breaths – exhaling all the air out through the open mouth for four counts. After 15 minutes, I will ask you to fully exhale all the air out of your lungs and then hold the breath for as long as it feels comfortable to you (sometimes swallowing helps), then you inhale fully and hold the air in again, as long as you can. We continue with a 4:4 (13 minutes) and 2:2 (9 minutes) sequence. I will be guiding you throughout the whole practice. You can do this session either sitting upright on a chair, on the floor (cross-legged or on the shins), lying down on your mat or bed. Whatever is most comfortable for you.     This meditation was recorded during one of my online sessions. We begin with a short pranayama: inhale through the nose (full lungs) for two counts and – without pausing between the breaths – exhale all the air out through the open mouth for four counts.
    After about 30 breaths, I ask you to fully exhale all the air out of your lungs and then hold the breath for as long as it feels comfortable to you (sometimes swallowing helps), then you inhale fully and hold the air in again, as long as you can.

    After that, I will guide you through a feelings-awareness meditation with emphasis on letting go tension in the physical and emotional body. This session ends with a journey through nature and a body scan.
    You can do this session either sitting upright on a chair, on the floor (cross-legged or on the shins), lying down on your mat or bed. Whatever is most comfortable for you – and where you don’t fall asleep ;-)
