This podcast saved my life

Erin is a gift to this world and her podcast is OVERFLOWING with completely free to access content that has quite literally saved my life. Every.single.episode delivers. I recommend easing into the content gently, supplement it with checking her instagram regularly, take notes, and above all, know that you can TRUST her. We don’t deserve what Erin does for us, but we’ve got her anyway and boy are we grateful for it. I know I’m only one of thousands who would like to shout from the rooftops: THANK YOU, ERIN!
