Optimism. It is a common word but seldom put into practice. You have to have optimize in your life. I recently made friends with an associate of Richard Kinder. The man is worth of $7 billion and the secret to his success, optimism. He does not live in the here and now. He lives 3 to 5 years out. He does not get caught up in the drama that you might find in the office but looks into the future.
