HeiLi14 ,

Listen if you need reassurance that you've got this!

I just listened to the first episode of the Peaceful Parenting podcast by Sarah Rosensweet and I am blown away. It was absolutely mind blowing to hear the effect of peaceful parenting on Sarah’s teenagers and grown adult children. It was really intriguing to hear the different perspectives and how the exact same parenting style would affect them differently. As a mother of very young children practising peaceful parenting but often doubting myself, it was reassuring to hear that the children of Sarah (THE peaceful parenting wizard for me) sometimes also would have wished for other approaches, but overall ended up with a close, loving and trusting relationship. This podcast reminded me again, that I don’t have to be perfect and that my peaceful parenting approach is hard but that the effort will be worth it in the end.
The next episodes will give you great guidelines on how to practise peaceful parenting and hosts peacuful parenting experts like Dr. Laura Markham. I couldn't wish for more insights!
