The Reembody Method™ starts with the premise that your body is an object—albeit a psychologically complicated object—being acted upon by environmental forces. When your body accepts forces like gravity, torque or inertia, your nervous system responds to it as something either safe or threatening—and it's frequently wrong. This starts a spiral of overcorrection, which leads to compensation, repetitive motion injury, and a proprioceptive feedback effect that makes those scary movements even scarier.

Reembody unravels this process by looking at the dominant and non-dominant sides of your body as two separate bodies—and then teaching them to do the jobs for which their counterpart is better suited. The result: a robust understanding of your body's abilities, an accurate proprioceptive map, and a straightforward method for diagnosing and treating a huge variety of injuries and inefficiencies.

This podcast features excerpts from our twice-weekly office hours videos with apprentice of the Reembody Method, as well as interviews with brilliant movement experts and life-changing private sessions.
