The Shadow Over Innsmouth - creepy fish people and technology? more likely than you think‪!‬ All is Fair in Lovecraft and War

The shadow over Innsmouth is an iconic Lovecraft story. With the disheveled Massachusetts fishing town setting and almost primitive Deep Ones. It's quite surprising that Lovecraft’s theme for this story was a warning about technology and scientific development. I intend to explain the influence of technology and science in this novel once and for all(probably).
