SERIES SYNOPSIS: Vigilante: 90 Minutes till Death is the first story of the One Cold Night in Paris story arc for Part Two: Oblivion. The series centres around James Hewlett (Previously featured in James Stamford: Teenage Spy) and how a defining moment in his youth has major ramifications for his future. Set in St Albans City (Hertfordshire) the past comes back to haunt Hewlett as over 90 minutes, the choice he made in 1992 has irreversible consequences.
