The Paralympic Winter Games are upon us and it's time to learn more about adaptive skiing and riding. Whistler Blackcomb’s Adaptive Ski and Snowboard program caters to people with disabilities. Meet Canadian Para-Alpine ski racer Matt Hallat, an alumni of the program, and the coaches who help make this program possible.

In this episode, Toaster meets up with Canadian ski legend Steve Podborski for a tour of the Dave Murray Downhill on Whistler Mountain. Podborski is the Chef de Mission for Canadian athletes at the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. He is also a former Crazy Canuck ski racer. The course, named after fellow Crazy Canuck, Dave Murray, is one of the most challenging race courses on the ski racing circuit. Athletes will fly down the Dave Murray at speeds of more than 140km per hour!
