063 - The Rollercoaster Ride of Self-Discovery in Relationships with Miriam Burrell The New Dawn Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

Today I am sharing with you a conversation I had with Miriam Burrell last week. You may remember Miriam from episode 29 called “releasing attachment to outcome” and episode 26 called “ breaking the pattern of playing small”. In today’s episode we’re sharing what the two most important tools and practices we both use every day and how they’ve changed our lives.

But before we start, I have an announcement!!
Miriam and I are running the most incredible in-person retreat in the heart of Hope Valley in the Peak District on from Monday 13th May until Friday 17th.  This retreat is a 4-day exploration, discovery and expansion of who you are.

We have created an adventure into the Essence and delight that is you! And as expert space holders, coaches and facilitators, Our intention is to help you connect back to your heart and invite you to start living your life from this place in every day, in every way.

This space will not only be deep and meaningful but playful, lighthearted and joyful. We want to have fun whilst we expand!

As you explore your inner world, you will also be surrounded by incredible Mother Nature that supports you.  We’ve chosen the most incredible place called The Cattle Shed which has so much spaciousness and warmth that you’ll feel at peace just by being there.

As we nourish your soul,  our dear friend April, from the Nourish Co, will do the same for your eyes and belly.

April’s going to provide you with wholesome, plant-based, comforting food that will support your nervous system and nutritional needs as be ridiculously tasty too. Your heart and belly are going to feel so full.
