In the past few days, I had trouble in sleeping. Actually, up until now I am still struggling getting my self a good rest. It is something that is out of my control. I just want to share this little experience, and how it affects my inner peace.

For this episode let’s talk about our own decisions in life wherein it leads us to a loop; being on a boring place with the same place. Being stuck on it is like not living life, so let’s talk about that.

This is me in a nutshell, just an overview of my life before we get into deep stuffs. I know it’s boring so I’ll just upload a new podcast right away.
