98 Introduction and overview "98" is 20 Episodes on VIP protection based on real events some funny, most serious and all unique

    • Society & Culture

The events described in the series 98 are inspired by actual events and persons, certain characteristics, characterizations and incidents, and locations and dialogue are fictionalized, factionalized, or invented for the purposes of this dramatization. As this is the series introduction, the producers, Yomp Productions, are keen to hear from anyone who listens to the initial 98 stories, to let us know their impressions and interest levels. The fact that these stories are a mixture of truth and fiction leaves it up to the listener to decide which is which. Those who collaborated on the series lived these sagas over a 20-year period.  The dramas dealt with by Kathy's team involve all manner of emergencies. These include crazy rich families, and their staff, Extortion, Kidnap, Sex Slavery, Child Prostitution, Stalking, Organized crime, corporate incident management, as well as international security events. There is also a significant amount of mundane routine events that real VIP Protections teams will attest to. It's a mixed bag, something for everyone. The series by design will gain momentum through the 20 episodes. There are stand-alone sagas per episode and continuous story arcs that link and entangle the lives of both 98 clients and the team. The real question is how is it a First Nations female, a survivor of childhood abuse, from a tough Northern Ontario town, find herself in the midst of the nations powerful,  rich, and famous, where she ends up as their guide, confidant, and often their savior.
