Finally someone cutting the BS!
I’ve loved what Tara has been doing for years, so it’s a delight to have her deep dive into some of the most confusing yet important topics around nutrition. She explains things using science and actual chemistry/biology, but in a way that is simple and easy to understand. No grandstanding, just facts and context. Couldn’t recommend this podcast more for anyone else who wants to feel less stressed about what they put in their body.
