    • Society & Culture

This EP features Annick-Isabelle Marcoux founder of the LangLeven Group in 2015, Canada’s first and only private equity group exclusively focused on growth opportunities in the North American Sports Industry.
Before that, she was president and CEO of a group of high-end fitness clubs: Mansfield Athletic Clubs, Atwater Club, and HardCandy Fitness Toronto. In charge of aligning operations, turning around profitability, focusing on growth, and positioning for exit, she had given herself the mandate to make fitness fun and an experience worth sharing.
She is also a passionate cyclist having obtained 3 National titles, winning the Canadian Mountain Bike Championship, the National Masters Road Time Trial, and the National Masters Road Cycling. Among other accomplishments, in 2009, she became a silver medalist at the World Masters Games in Sydney, Australia.  She is a dedicated fitness enthusiast, businesswoman, and philanthropist.  You'll find a lot of valuable insights in this conversation, especially about being a woman in high-pressure business.
