Listened to the episode about cronnic illness. But the sound stressed me. Also the laughing sounded “harsh” in my ears

This podcast is fantastic if you want to get an insight in ACT and meet all the talented scientists and others who work with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy! ACT is useful and heart warming; both used personally and professionally! Joanne Dahl really gives you a great perspective on how useful ACT is in treatment of all sorts of human challenges from anxiety to cancer and substance abuse!
