    Losing a Loved one

    Losing a Loved one

Losing a loved one can be the most heartbreaking thing anyone can go through. I recently found this out when I lost my Nan, it broke me for a while and I still haven’t come to terms with her loss. There is no manual to tell you how to cope, nor is there anyone out there that can tell you how to cope. You will only find your own way of dealing with things, so don’t let anyone tell you any different.
This episode is dedicated to Daphne Corn. May you rest in peace Nan, and we will meet again some day.

    Bad Milk

    Bad Milk

Bad milk … That wasn’t a good idea to drink. Even though you must think that this is part of a joke, but unfortunately, this gave me a couple of weeks with chronic food poisoning. This threw my whole schedule out of the window, but this is now getting back on track.

    Vulnerabilities

    Vulnerabilities

Being vulnerable is something that happens to us all at some point in our lives and at times it’s something we as human beings can not ignore. I discuss the good and bad sides of vulnerabilities, and how at some stages we have to make ourselves vulnerable to those we love.

    Addiction

    Addiction

Addictions aren’t just about substance abuse. An addiction could be anything that gives you relief or escapism from your anxiety. Could there be a causal link between them both, or are we all suffering from some sort of addiction?
