    Jessica Lander is a teacher, writer, and journalist living in Massachusetts. She is an avid explorer and lover of stories. She is a writer living in Cambridge MA. She teaches English language learners as a social studies teacher at Lowell High School in Lowell MA. Over the past eight years, she has taught students in middle school, high school and university in the United States, Thailand and Cambodia.     Dr. Lindsay Portnoy is the author of Design to Learn:  Using Design Thinking to Bring Purpose and Passion to the Classroom. She is a cognitive psychologist with over a decade of experience in the study and instruction of cognition, human development and assessment of teaching and learning from birth through adolescence. Portnoy is a former public school teacher and professor of education having worked in elementary, undergraduate and graduate classrooms. Dr. Garrett, an ASCD Emerging Leader, serves in eastern North Carolina as a Chief Academic Officer.

    Nina Morel, Ed.D., is Executive Director of Leadership Development and Coaching and former Dean of Professional Studies at Lipscomb University. She has developed and led innovative coaching programs as well as competency-based online undergraduate and graduate programs. She is the winner of the Milken National Educator Award and has taught at the secondary and university levels. As a school district administrator, Morel created and led large scale coaching and ESL initiatives.
