Customer Reviews
a gem for reflection
In the beginng of this summer I asked friends for valuable podcasts for thought provocation. The gem of that request is the Audio Dharma. I enjoy every minute of it, as I learn more and more about mindfulness, buddhist way of thinking, and meditation. The teachers giving these talks are very unpretentious, which can be a rare thing in this domain, and the form of the teachingd fit well with me. I can recommend them to everyone.
I furthermore appreciate that some podcasts are long - almost an hour, and some are short and fit well with a brief daily break, or with walk with the baby stroller.
