Episode 11- The Rainbow Connection
The boys are back with another episode of the Be Happy or Die Trying show. They talk about finding peace in life by relating to music. They dive deep into the song "The Rainbow Connection" and take some lessons from the meaning of it. They also talk about having Stockholm syndrome with depression in the sense that after a while you actively stop trying to fight it and in some ways you make friends with it. They finish by talking about how the only way to get through depression is to put yourself out there for the things that make you happy.

Episode 10- Onward
The boys have an incredibly deep conversation about the journey that all of us are on in life. Sometimes we need a place where we can stop running, other times we must remain onward and not forget what the mission has in store for us. Going forward can be tough sometimes, especially with how bad this year has been, but keeping a forward thinking mindset through it all will get you through the better days that lay ahead.

Both Dan and Paul have had frustrating weeks and we just talk about getting stuck in the mud a little bit as of late. We chat about the mental health crisis that has plagued that United States with a CDC report saying that 25% of 18-24 year olds have contemplated suicide this year. We talked about how it's important to find happiness and healthy coping mechanisms to get you through the tough times.

Episode 7- We'll Never Stop This Train/Living in the Moment
This is easily the most heartfelt episode that we've ever done. We talk about what it actually means to live in the moment and how we're both terrible at it. Dan says that he spends 95% of his time dwelling on the past and worrying about his future. Paul said that "living in the moment is to be aware of your surroundings and actively have an effect on it." We talk about our attempts to stop this train but the only way to truly fight against the speed that life moves at is to embrace the moment we're all living in. Give this episode a listen and share it with someone who needs it!
