Mr. Arnold graduated from Bellarmine in 1984, where he played Football and Track while also competing in Speech and Debate. Next, he went on to Berkeley, where he majored in History. Mr. Arnold then travelled to Europe, coached Freshman Football at Bellarmine, worked at Lehman Brothers, and finally landed up at Oracle. After enjoying his time at Oracle, he had a brief stint at Siebel before joining Filice Insurance Agency, where he would work for the next 15 years and leave the company as the CEO. Mr. Arnold recently accepted a position at Bellarmine as the Director of Development and enjoys giving back to his Alma Mater in that regard.
