For this edition, we’re joined by Belgium’s Antony Doria, whose powerful ‘Becoming Aware Of Things’ EP dropped on Symbolism last month and saw support from big guns such as ..Rodhad, Kr!z, Truncate, James Ruskin and, of course, Ben Sims.

No stranger to Symbolism, Antony also featured on the Synchronicity comp a couple of years back, and he has also graced Soma, Mord, Illegal Alien, and Dynamic Reflection with his material. Growing up in Belgium, Antony was hugely inspired by the legendary Fuse club and, in particular, regular selectors Pierre and Dave Clarke, influences that have made their way into his tough but hypnotic blend of Techno. Here, we have a 60-minute mix-up of fierce Machine Funk and Hardgrooves. Enjoy!

For this edition we’re joined by Berlin based, Spanish DJ + Producer, Alienata, a veteran selector with nearly 20 years under her belt, Elena established herself in her native Spain and moved to Berlin in 2011, she has played sets at pretty much every credible and respected club or party on the circuit (including fabric, Berghain and Dave Clarke's ADE bashes at Milkweg), she’s also a regular at Machine parties, doing back to back sets with Tasha and Bloody Mary plus many solo sets, including a killer at last month's E1 party, alongside Anthony Rother and the Zenker Brothers
Alienata runs the Electro and Machine Funk focused 'Discos Atonicos’, releasing music by the likes of Dez Williams and Cosmic Force and as a producer has released on Cultivated Electronics and Killekill plus contributed to the Tribology compilation a few years back on Machine. As a DJ, Alienata is a tight, energetic mixer and regularly fires through different genres and styles to get the party jumping,

This time around, we’ve got a sweet mix from Spain’s Pushmann, aka Victor M. Villa, a producer I've been supporting for the past few years. He featured on the Synchronicity compilation back in 2021, released a full EP on Hardgroove late last year, and we’re currently finalising a forthcoming EP for Symbolism.

In addition, he’s released music on legendary labels like Axis and KMS, also on solid imprints like Be As One, Matterwave and End of Dayz, plus runs his own N&N label.
 
As a DJ, his style is not too dissimilar from my mine own tbh, energetic, fast-moving, multi-layered, varied styles and rhythms but always focused on the funk (perfect for the Hardgroove mixtape!). His DJ schedule has seen him drop sets at famed clubs like Florida 135 and Tresor, plus the immense Monegros festival in Spain. Enjoy!!
