The Bench Captains welcome in honorary member Kyle Nowak as they eagerly await the return of Bench Captain Noah. The first quarter we are introduced to Kyle and what he does for a living, and how that relates to sports. They talk some Ohio State basketball hoops before moving into some NFL talk. They bring it home in Quarter 3 with the discussions about Frankie Lindor and the scandal facing the Cleveland Indians.

Quarter 3 kicks off discussions about America's greatest pastime (baseball).
