We discuss how we think people should take this time to improve on their selves or accomplish something they've been wanting to. There is plenty of FREE online courses out there, Youtube has plenty of how-to-videos.
It's kind of funny we crossed paths because I've recently been working on a book "SmokenFires Eat Your Greens Cook Book' and she was able to give me a bit of insight and advice on the process.

Reasons Vs Excuses; We all have reasons we do the things we do or don't do. People often get the two confused. For example if you grew up seeing people argue or treat others badly, it may be a "reason"
why you do it; a shitty reason at that I may add, but it's not an excuse, it doesn't make it right and doesn't actually excuse your shitty behavior.

My first psychedelic experience was with Salvia divinorum. It was crazy it was like I was stripped of everything I ever knew and then relearned it in an instant! It was a scary trip and i would never do it again lol. But it definitely changed my perception on things a bit!
