Join host Tut Kailech on the Blazin A Trail Podcast.
Blazin A Trail offers new perspectives and mindsets that will equip the listener with the right tools in their tool kit to start blazing their own path.
Blazin A Trail will have amazing guests who are blazin a trail in their own way. We will ask questions to understand the thought processes that occurred when they first embarked on their journey, the pitfalls they encountered, and how they overcame obstacles. If you are wanting to choose a similar career/creative path, we can assure you will learn valuable lessons from the team and the guests to save time/energy/money avoiding the obstacles.
Our goal is to inspire those who are on the fence about a certain goal. We can accomplish this by giving them context about other individuals who have had similar obstacles and doubts, but still went on to take a leap of faith and persevered.
Trailblazers, join us on this journey of making a difference and paving a way for the generations to come after!

Special Episode: Deep Dive into Hustle Culture & How to get out of the culture | Blazin A Trail Ep #24 #hustleculture #mentalhealth #wellbeing
TRAILBLAZERS WELCOME BACK. I am your host Tut Kailech aka K1NGT or K1, and I'm by myself today on the trail.
I wanted to talk to yall about something hella important. I thought it was something you can benefit to hear from. It is something we touch on most episodes but I wanted to dive in just a little bit. Please forgive me I am getting over a sickness so i will be coughing.
Before we start if you haven't left a review on our channel? Please do it. It'll help get to those who need to hear the stories, free game, personal stories, and tips from people who want to help those on the trail.
Today we are gonna talk about hustle culture and mental health man.
Were gonna talk about how it CAN be detrimental to your system. This culture has benefited a lot of us but we need to talk about the elephant in the room.
This toxic cycle is called hustle culture: the societal standard that you must exert yourself at 110% capacity to succeed. Hustle culture is the collective drive to work harder, faster, and stronger. Every. Single. Day.
Off-top you can think about how many times you've heard these statements. These statements are great don't get me wrong but like most things, people don't do things in moderation anymore.
If you’ve heard this statement drop a comment with a fire emoji in the cat: You don’t stop when you’re tired; you stop when you’re done. It has become a motto of mine but long term it hurt me.
Aidan Harper said, “It creates the assumption that the only value we have as human beings is our productivity capability — our ability to work, rather than our humanity.”
