We take a look at the recently unveiled design for the new BMW 4-Series and express our thoughts. This gets us into the general evolution of BMWs, other German brands, and then modern car design in general. Then we discuss car brand subscription services offered by some automakers, and what this might mean for the future of "mobility". Only time will tell if people like subscribing to their local Porsche dealer, but nobody should ever have to subscribe to Apple CarPlay! 

Can't lie, we roast BMW a little bit here. Are we too harsh?

Acura, the first Japanese luxury car brand, used to be known for its enthusiast-oriented philosophy, advanced technologies, and inspiring design. For the first time in a decade, we see a return to this old version of Acura with a new TLX performance sedan that looks just like the Type-S concept we've seen. We are very excited!

In this episode, we talk about the new Toyotas that have been recently revealed (and there are many). From hybrids to hot hatches, there is a lot to be excited about coming from the largest automaker in the world! They might even be beautiful...

While we are all stuck at home looking for things to do, we discuss some of the car related hobbies and pastimes that we are trying out. These include video games, museum tours, and maintenance. We also include a couple of side stories for your listening pleasure. 

We talk a little bit about what's going on with the industry during the current COVID-19 crisis. George tells us about how things are going at Nissan, including a discussion about upcoming vehicles. Don't mind our audio that's a little bit off, we're still figuring out this whole recording remotely thing!

In this episode, we talk about some of the upcoming electric vehicles that have recently been announced, and some of the challenges that they may face once they hit the market, such as consumer taste, charging infrastructure, and quality. We get a bit caught up on some particular models, but we will be continuing our EV talks in further episodes!
