Herbert Cowboy Coward is a famous hillbilly known for the movie Deliverance. He was really great friends with my dad David Winburn. I recorded this with Herbert just days before he passed away in a car accident. R.I.P. Cowboy and Bertha.

Jason is the cofounder of a very cool and growing local festival up here in Northern New York called Brew Fest. He wanted to bring something fun to the area and he sure did that! They've had big name bands and breweries at the festival. This year they're calling it Homegrown and pulling the biggest local names in NY.

Paul has always been in the service of others and now he serves those who have served.

Nate is a huge Lacrosse guy on all levels. He's passoinate about bringing more lacrosse to the North Country. He coaches little kids, high school, and owns a semi pro team. Plus he sells cars with me at FX Caprara Honda. Busy busy fella!

Our local Semipro football team the Red & Black's head coach is Mr. George Ashcraft. He's a rough and tough bad ass. His story is made up of will and strength. Check him out on this episode.

I saw Josh Cox and The Rattle Snakes play at a local country club and they blew me any! I made a radio commercial for the car dealership that I work for and mention that " we have some many trucks that the local folks are buying , it looks like the parking lot of a Josh Cox and the Rattle Snakes concert." It was a big hit around town and I ended up meeting him right after at our local PFit and we hit it off right away! Check out their Facebook page , these boys will be big!
