Special guest Trey Jackson joins us for the 18th episode of Beyond the Game Podcast. Former player, coach Jackson has manage to put together an impressive resume using the sport of football. A native of Indianapolis, Ind., he attended Warren Central High School.  He helped the Warriors to a No. 3 ranking in the nation and four-straight titles, while earning all-conference honors. Jackson played two seasons at Joliet Junior College (2007-09), where he was a two-year starter and an all-conference selection. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Central Missouri in 2015 and a master’s degree in sport management from UCM in 2018. Jackson played two seasons in the Continental Indoor Football League, playing for the Mid-Missouri Outlaws and Dayton Silverbacks.  With the Outlaws he led the team in sacks and tackles for loss in 2013.  In 2012, he helped lead the Silverbacks to a 10-2 record and a runner-up finish in the league championship game, while leading the team in sacks and TFL.. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Central Missouri in 2015 and a master’s degree in sport management from UCM in 2018. Coach Jackson is now coaching at IMG Academy as a defensive line coach. Check out his social media handles below.
