Over the years, I've been asked why I haven't written a book many, many times. Finally, I've been persuaded to commit my memories to eternity in this series of podcasts. It will cover a wide swathe of history, family, service, conflict, relationships, with an occasional focus on flying, skydiving and airships. Where will it lead? Who knows . . . . but hopefully it will either make you laugh, cry, sympathize or complain; any of the above will do! Lee Alexander Wiltshire - January 1989 to January 2019
I make no apology for my first full length episode being a sad one. My late stepson, Alex, died just over two years ago and I dedicate this episode to him. He led a challenging and short life, troubled by addiction and mental health issues. He is sorely missed by his mother, his brother and sister and by me. I hope that these stories of his life will bring back memories for those who knew him and for those of you who did not, I'm sorry that you didn't get the chance to meet him.
